GMC Series Ultrasonic Cleaning System

GMC offers ultrasonic cleaning systems, readily available in two standard sizes. The larger variant can handle parts measuring up to 35 inches in one dimension and weighing up to 125 pounds. Both units are fully self-contained, equipped with casters for easy mobility, making it portable and can operate on commonly available power supplies. This versatility allows them to be conveniently deployed for in-place or utility cleaning as needed.
Each system features a pump and dual cartridge filtration, along with a surface sparger, automated controls for heat pump and ultrasonics, a lid, and one standard basket. Additionally, a drain back tray attached to the tank’s side enables draining one basket of parts while cleaning another.
For environments requiring chemical compatibility with aggressive caustic agents, an optional stainless-steel package for the GMC is available.
