AgiSonic®: Heavy Duty Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

AgiSonic®, constructed entirely of stainless steel, is a robust ultrasonic cleaning machine designed for heavy duty parts washing with vertical parts agitation. Available in five standard sizes, each system features an air-powered agitation platform that facilitates loading and unloading and agitates parts with a 4″ stroke up to 15 times per minute.

The AgiSonic parts washers are ideal for automotive, aerospace, medical, and general industrial applications. These systems can operate in the harshest industrial environments or in precision cleaning applications.

Modular in design, the AgiSonic is well adapted to multi-tank ultrasonic cleaning systems where wash, rinse, rust inhibition, and/or drying are needed. The AgiSonic can be provided with manual transfer, automatic lid, or automated workflow if desired.

Completely self-contained and requiring a three-phase power supply hookup, the largest AgiSonic machine can accommodate a platform load up to 1000 lbs.
